banyak membaca, luas pengetahuan. so, i'm quite bored right now. sakit kepala still tak bpe nk sembuh.(effect ubat yang melampau), makan pun still berpantang sb mama kata perut tak stabil lg. YEAH! ak tak ubah macam pesakit yang mengidap sakit kronik! sabo je lah tgk mama makan buah mangga masam aritu.. sabar... sabar....
ok, back to the topic. kt umah ak banyak buku. family ak mmg suka membaca. and each one of us ada fav book. my dad ska buku yang berkaitan how to make money, or how to be a successful person. my mom plak ska yg leasure or hobby. ak plak, of course la novel. hehe.. and magazine. and kt umh kiorg ada rak buku yang tersendiri. so malam ni dgn muka kerang expired, i asked my mom to borrow one oh her book. so ni la buku nya. 1001 WAYS TO RELAX, An Illustrated Guide to Reducing Stress by MIKE GEOGE. to those yang senang stress macam ak ni, maybe some tips here are useful. check it out!
1) LET MUSIC WAKE YOU
set the timer on your CD-player to wake you with a piece that starts very quietly and either continues in that vein or builds up slowly to a higher volume,
2) ENGAGE ALL FIVE SENSES
the sight of sunlight, the sound of birdsong, the feel of a towel, the taste of fruit juice, the smell of toast. check off each sence in turn as the brain-signals flood in.
3) DECIDE TO BE HAPPY
no matter what happens or who does what. it is within your power to make this leap. happiness is the true condition of the self-awre, and its source lies within ourselves. to decide to be happy is a positive, self-fulfilling action, comparable to "I do" in a marriage ceremony.
4) GIVE UP YOUR SEAT to someone who needs it more than you. you will be surprised how good this simple act of kindness makes you feel.
5) LAY YOUR HEAD ON A PILLOW or cushion to release anger ang tension. imagine it's a sponge sucking and absorbing all the tensions and frustrations out of your mind, like blotting paper, from which they evaporate into the air.
6) SING AWAY SADNESS.
it doesn't matter how well you can sing. expressing yourself through song releases pent-up emotion, lifts the spirits and help to reconnect you with a sense of life's endless possibilities.
